Riesling 2023

This Riesling from low-yielding vines reveals mineral, lemon and plum notes.

Its attack is fresh and fruity. In the mid-palate, we find some tannic flavors and a creamy side coats the palate. Its finish remains on acidity with a hint of bitterness.

It can be served with fresh or smoked fish, seafood, or even a tarte flambée.

Pinot 2023

This wine is a clever blend of 3 Alsatian pinots in light maceration.

The nose is fruity with notes of wild plum and peach.

On the palate, the attack is smooth, then a nice bitterness enlivens the palate. The finish is long, playing on acidity and salinity.

It will go very well with your cheese-based dishes or toasted sandwiches prepared according to your wishes.

Sylvaner 2023

This wine is a lightly macerated Sylvaner. The nose is fruity with floral and plum notes.
