🍷 L'Instant Liebau: a new place for sharing in the heart of our estate in Ribeauvillé

It all started with a simple desire: to share our corner of Alsace.
Over the years, at the estate, we have enjoyed welcoming people, offering tastings, and sharing our wines. These moments, often spontaneous, have inspired us to go further.
To create a unique space dedicated to meeting, sharing and conviviality.
This is how L'Instant Liebau was born.

🌿 A tasting cellar in the heart of the Alsace wine route

In this new tasting room, we want to offer a simple and accessible approach to wine:
Take the time, discover, exchange.
You can taste our Alsatian wines by the glass or during tastings, understand our work and our vision of wine, and share a moment at the estate.

🍽️ More than just a tasting: a moment to experience

L'Instant Liebau is not just a place to taste wine. It's also a place where people come to: sharing a charcuterie board with friends, enjoying a drink at the end of the day, stopping during a stroll along the wine route
On weekends, we offer light, friendly meals including:
Sharing platters, homemade tarte flambée as soon as the weather is nice, as well as non-alcoholic alternatives such as homemade fruit juices and artisanal syrups.
Because the idea is simple: that everyone can find their place, whether they come for the wine… or simply to have a good time.

🌸 An atmosphere somewhere between a wine cellar and a garden

Depending on the season and the weather, L'Instant Liebau can be experienced in different ways.
Inside, the cellar offers a warm and intimate atmosphere.
Outside, the garden allows you to enjoy the sunny days in a more relaxed, almost casual, atmosphere, in the heart of Alsace.
A living place, which evolves with the seasons.
